Michael Pearlman of Lake County, was recently promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ERT Security’s company headquarters in Geneva, Ohio. Michael is a retired Ohio Police Chief. He brings more than 20 years of law enforcement leadership experience and expertise in site protection. He is a graduate of Kent State University with BA in Criminal Justice and a graduate of the National Intelligence Academy. He has a reputation as a no nonsense leader and has been called as an expert witness in several courts. Michael has overseen numerous technology implementations and upgrades over the years both in the public and private sectors.
